I’ve been posting and following this story for quite some time now.
Ely is the first to be sentenced and has received life in prison without parole.
Click the link (posting title) to read about what Jackson’s mother had to say to her.
Sad.
Amanda Knox is aquitted of the muder of her roommate, Meredith Kercher, while living in Italy in 2007.
CRAZY! Can’t wait for the 48 hours myster on this!
Above is a picture of Charlie Kay Ely in 2006 and the second from 2011.
She was found GUILTY in the first-degree murder trial of Seath Tyler Jackson who was bound, beaten, shot THEN burned, put into a buckets and thrown in a lime pit by a group of teens last April. Wow.
Charlie’s smile from six years ago to the troubled teen she is today is just sad. Justice is served. It’s hard not thinking of where she could have gone with her life in five years.
More trials will continue in this case with other teens involved in the murder plot.

Some big news is coming on The West Memphis Three this morning!
I’ve posted about them many times before on this blog…
Rumours are swirling that the three who have been in prison for 18 years may be released…stay tuned!
Casey Anthony was released from jail and is now a free woman.
What a sad day for the American Justice System.
Casey Anthony could be out of jail as soon as July or August of this year.
She can and WILL make millions off this case. How long until we see her running around in Christian Louboutin shoes?
I believe any profits from this case should go to the search for Caylee’s killer.

Kim Kardashian has some thoughts on the Casey Anthony murder trial.
The fact that she’s following the case makes me like her…just a bit.

If anyone is as interested in true crime as I am, check out the courtroom live feed from the Casey Anthony trial. (Just click on the title of this posting.)
If you’re not sure who Casey Anthony is, just give her a quick Google or read the Wikipedia page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Death_of_Caylee_Anthony
She is charged with killing her beautiful daughter. Casey has told many lies and stories about her daughters where abouts and now she is on trail for killing her daughter.
Caylee’s ‘disapearance’ was not reported for over a month, and in this time Casey was out partying and getting tattoos, telling her parents & friends a web of lies.
Caylee was found by a meter reader and buried not far from her Grandparents home. She had duct tape wrapped around her head, cause of death is unknown.
The Defense of Casey is trying to say Caylee drowned in the pool and Casey panicked and the Grandfather is involved.
There is so many other detials to this case, it just doesn’t make sense. ANY OF IT.
Casey Anthony is facing the DEATH PEANLTY.
There have been various episodes of ‘Dateline’ and ‘48 Hours Mystery’ about the case. An all new ‘Dateline’ will air this Friday and talk about the developments in the case, since court has started.
This case has just went before trial the past few days.
If you haven’t heard of or followed any of the case on Dalia Dippolito, read below and watch the video (you’ll have to open it in a new window!)
From CBS.com:
Police say Boynton Beach newlywed Dalia Dippolito thought she had the perfect plan to kill off her husband, Michael Dippolito, but the hit man she tried to hire was an undercover officer, and he’s got the video to prove it.
Investigators have now released that video and others, including Dalia Dippolito’s shocking interrogation by police, along with 400 pages of documents that say she also tried to poison him and set him up to get busted for dealing drugs.
In a recorded conversation between Dalia Dippolito and the undercover officer posing as a hit man, the officer offers her a way out. “If you change your mind,” he began. Dalia Dippolito interrupted, “No, there’s no changing. I’m positive, like five thousand percent sure.”
At one point in the recording, the agent posing as hit man warns Dalia Dippolito of the pressure of police questioning she’ll face. “I’m a lot tougher than what I look,” responded Dalia Dippolito. “I just need to make sure everything’s getting taken care of.”
Later the same week, police staged Michael Dippolito’s death. Dalia Dippolito reacted with hysterics. But when she came in for questioning, police revealed Michael Dippolito was not dead. Then detectives allowed Dalia Dippolito to see him at a distance.
I’m not sure how many of you are into true crime but this caught my eye the other day. This article isn’t for the squeamish, it’s sad, disturbing and absolutely horrifying.
This is Seath Tyler Jackson who was brutally murdered a few days ago:

From CBS Crimesider:
Six people, including a 15-year-old girl and three other teens, were arrested Tuesday in the murder of 15-year-old Florida boy Seath Tyler Jackson, who was lured to his murder by text message and whose remains were hidden in paint cans, according to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office. According to deputies, Jackson was shot multiple times by 18-year-old Michael Bargo, who is charged with first-degree murder, in a house in Summerfield, about 60 miles north of Orlando. The others arrested were: Deputies said Hooper, Wright, Ely, Soto and Bargo were involved in the planning and luring of Jackson to the home. On Tuesday, a woman told deputies her 16-year-old son had witnessed Jackson’s slaying in a house in Summerfield. Authorities said the 16-year-old, who is not being identified because of his age, told investigators the group plotted the slaying because Bargo hated Jackson. Authorities say Jackson was lured to the house by a text message. Deputies said once Jackson arrived at the house, Ely and Bargo began hitting him in the head with wooden objects. According to the sheriff’s office, Bargo then shot Jackson several times. When Jackson tried to escape, Soto held him down while Bargo continued to shoot him, authorities said. Then, according to the report, Bargo broke the teen’s knees and group members hog-tied him and put his body in a sleeping bag, which was placed in a fire pit in the backyard and burned. At that point, the sheriff’s office said, the group used bleach to clean the house and shoveled Jackson’s remains into 5-gallon paint cans. Investigators are still searching for a .22-caliber revolver used in the slaying. The Sheriff’s Office said a dive team found three 5-gallon paint buckets Wednesday afternoon in a lime rock pit. The contents of the cans are being tested to determine if they contain Jackson’s remains. According to the Sheriff’s Office, some of the suspects told investigators that Bargo shot Jackson. Bargo was located and arrested in Starke, where he fled to stay with friends, deputies said. The Sheriff’s Office said it was later discovered that Havens was aware of the plan to kill Jackson and assisted with the disposal of the remains. Also, Havens gave Bargo a ride to Starke in an effort to avoid capture, deputies said. All six were being held in the Marion County Jail. Now the question is, should these ‘kids’ face the death penalty?
This is one of the best one-hours of television i’ve ever watched in my life.
Gripping, Brave, Insane, Crazy, Unreal.
Watch “Krystal’s Courage” - it’s is an unbelievable story from my favourite series; “48 Hours Mystery”.
If any of you do have time to watch it, please let me know your thoughts. Alright?
