QUEEN WEST and the RANDOM PRESS
Amanda Bynes was arrested for DUI and swiping a cop car.
Seriously, I think this was on purpose - a way to get her name back in the news & on the Hollywood radar.
I respected Amanda as a good comedic actress, not sure why she ‘retired’ - was she not getting any roles? Too busy going out partying? Not interested in acting anymore?
Either way, drinking and driving is stupid, so is your pink ash hair.
These little rich kids need to learn how to take a taxi.
Get a grip, child. Just because Lindsay Lohan is clean - we don’t need another mess.

Murderous Florida Teens.

I’m not sure how many of you are into true crime but this caught my eye the other day. This article isn’t for the squeamish, it’s sad, disturbing and absolutely horrifying.

This is Seath Tyler Jackson who was brutally murdered a few days ago:

From CBS Crimesider:

Six people, including a 15-year-old girl and three other teens, were arrested Tuesday in the murder of 15-year-old Florida boy Seath Tyler Jackson, who was lured to his murder by text message and whose remains were hidden in paint cans, according to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.

According to deputies, Jackson was shot multiple times by 18-year-old Michael Bargo, who is charged with first-degree murder, in a house in Summerfield, about 60 miles north of Orlando.

The others arrested were:

  • Charlie Kay Ely, 18, of Summerfield, who is charged with first-degree murder
  • Amber E. Wright, 15, of Summerfield, who is charged with first-degree murder
  • Justin Soto, 20, of Summerfield, who is charged with first-degree murder
  • James Havens III, 37, of Summerfield, who is charged with accessory after the fact to first-degree murder
  • Kyle Hooper, 16, of Summerfield, who is charged with first-degree murder

Deputies said Hooper, Wright, Ely, Soto and Bargo were involved in the planning and luring of Jackson to the home.

On Tuesday, a woman told deputies her 16-year-old son had witnessed Jackson’s slaying in a house in Summerfield.

Authorities said the 16-year-old, who is not being identified because of his age, told investigators the group plotted the slaying because Bargo hated Jackson. Authorities say Jackson was lured to the house by a text message.

Deputies said once Jackson arrived at the house, Ely and Bargo began hitting him in the head with wooden objects.

According to the sheriff’s office, Bargo then shot Jackson several times. When Jackson tried to escape, Soto held him down while Bargo continued to shoot him, authorities said. Then, according to the report, Bargo broke the teen’s knees and group members hog-tied him and put his body in a sleeping bag, which was placed in a fire pit in the backyard and burned.

At that point, the sheriff’s office said, the group used bleach to clean the house and shoveled Jackson’s remains into 5-gallon paint cans.

Investigators are still searching for a .22-caliber revolver used in the slaying. The Sheriff’s Office said a dive team found three 5-gallon paint buckets Wednesday afternoon in a lime rock pit. The contents of the cans are being tested to determine if they contain Jackson’s remains.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, some of the suspects told investigators that Bargo shot Jackson. Bargo was located and arrested in Starke, where he fled to stay with friends, deputies said.

The Sheriff’s Office said it was later discovered that Havens was aware of the plan to kill Jackson and assisted with the disposal of the remains. Also, Havens gave Bargo a ride to Starke in an effort to avoid capture, deputies said.

All six were being held in the Marion County Jail.

Now the question is, should these ‘kids’ face the death penalty?

Oh, hi there!

Do you like this new picture from our photo shoot?? I went and got a spray tan.

American Apparel’s Employee Grooming Guidelines

Check out these HILARIOUS e-mails sent to “American Apparel” employees of how to look (and how they should not look).

Really, it’s not hilarious at all. “American Apparel” is lame.

I can appreciate them wanting people to look clean and well-kempt just like any store would, but this is taking it too far.

Let’s also make something clear. “American Apparel” isn’t fashionable. It’s just bright colours and plain overpriced t-shirts. It’s not fashion when everyone, their mother and dog has “American Apparel” clothing. More fashion can come out of “Value Village”.  I do like their underwear though.

On another thought, maybe this is why the company is losing so much money - that and all the shoplifting that people do there. Maybe if the employees didn’t have to be so concerned about their looks and rather their JOBS the company wouldn’t be suffering such great losses.

Hi everyone,

Please keep in mind that American Apparel is a retailer that celebrates natural beauty. We encourage employees to feel comfortable in their natural skin and natural state. This aesthetic is a part of the company image; as we do not photoshop our advertisements and our models appear in their natural state, it’s important that this image is cohesive in the stores.

a) Makeup is to be kept to a minimal- please take this very seriously. Liquid eyeliner, pencil eyeliner and eyeshadow are advised against; mascara must look very natural (ie. should not be clumpy or a color that does not compliment your skin and haircolor). Blush must not be overdone- should not have glitter or sparkles. Liquid foundation is prohibited (undereye concealer is understandable if it looks natural- ie. not clumpy or caked on, must match your skin tone). Please do not use a shiny gloss on your lips; any lipcolor must be subtle.

b) Eyebrows must not be overplucked. Full eyebrows are very much encouraged. Please do not dye your eyebrows a different color.
c) We encourage long, healthy, natural hair, so please be advised of the following:
-Hair must be kept your natural color.
-Blow-drying hair excessively could cause heat damage, so this is advised against.
-“Bangs” or “fringe” are advised against. It is not part of the direction we’re moving in.
d) Jewelry must not be distracting. Please do not wear accessories with another brand’s logo on it- this includes watches. No gauges whatsoever. One earring per ear is encouraged. Earrings, necklaces, watches, bracelets, etc. must be simple and tasteful. Please E-mail me or work@americanapparel.net with a photo if you have any questions about a specific piece of jewelry you’d like to wear in the store.

Below are photo examples of staff from around the world as well as photos I’ve extracted from the website. Managers should circulate these photos and the suggestions I’ve made to their staff. Please let me know if you have any questions. You can call or E-mail me anytime.

Heidi & Spencer are DONE

Heidi’s rep told TMZ, ”Heidi is looking to move out due to all the fake bad press that Spencer controls. She’s tired of it and is looking for a place and wants to focus on her acting career.”

Does anyone really care?

Thoughts?

OH BOO HOO.

Alexis Neiers is going to jail. Wait, who you ask? I’ve been wondering the same thing.

Apparently she was part of the ‘burglar ring’ that robbed Orlando Bloom, Lindsay Lohan and many other celebrity homes.

She apparently also has a show on E! called “Pretty Wild”.

Anyway, watch her all sad about going to jail.

Hey hussy, you do the crime - you pay the time!
